Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
7am – Tabata
High-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. No equipment needed.
8am – Flex and Flow
Low impact and low intensity class with elements of yoga, pilates and strength training. No equipment needed.
12noon – HardCORE Abs
Extreme abs work out that will push you to the limit! Exercises will be broken down into upper, mid and lower abs.. No equipment needed though use a kettlebell or dumbell if you have one.
5.15pm – Booty Burn
Shape and lift the bum with a variety of strength and conditioning moves. No equipment needed but you can add a Kettlebell and/or resistance band if you have them.
6.15pm – Barre Fit
Combining ballet inspired moves with strength and conditioning training, this workout will target the legs, bum and core. You will need a chair or something to hold on to.
7pm – Ballet Barre
Traditional ballet class for adults and teens. Improve posture, strength, stamina, coordination and cardiovascular fitness. You will need a chair or something to hold on to.
Tuesdays & Thursdays
7am – Kettlebells
Hot and sweaty kettlebell workout targeting the whole body. You will need a kettlebell of any weight!
8am – HardCORE Abs

1pm – Kids & teen yoga
For ages 7 and up. Stay active with this fun class as we combine yoga poses into different flows. Different theme each class. No equipment needed.
5.15pm – Box Fit
Full body workout using inspiration from cardio kickboxing moves. Wave goodbye to bingo wings and tone the whole body. No equipment needed.
6.15pm – Tone it Up
Full body workout to build lean muscle and reduce body fat, ie; tone up. No equipment needed though use a kettlebell and/or resistance band if you have them.
Saturdays & Sundays

Low impact and low intensity class with elements of yoga, pilates and strength training. No equipment needed.
How it works
Classes last 30 minutes.
Once you sign up for a class, you will be sent a link to Zoom. You will need a device with a self facing camera or webcam (phone, ipad, laptop etc).
I will need your email address to invite you to the group and you will be sent a link and password to join the class.
Please make sure that you have a clear area to exercise in and that you do not have any trip hazards. You are responsible for your own safety during participation in online classes. Please make sure that you listen carefully to the instruction, modify when necessary and rest if needed. Make sure you have plenty of water to drink.
