It’s like having your own personal trainer to set goals, keep you motivated and show you the fat reduction tips that actually work. If you’ve got into unhealthy eating habits, this is a great way to start a new, positive relationship with food and exercise.

How does it work? 

Every week, you will be sent a personalised meal plan, exercise plan and mindset activities to follow.

You can choose whether to attend a Monday or a Saturday boot camp style class exclusively for the shredders where you will take part in a range of body weight, resistance and cardio activities designed to raise your heart rate, boost your metabolism and work your muscles.

For those who want to – at the end of the class, you will be weighed and measured (arms, chest, tummy, hips, bum, thigh, calf) so you can track your results each week.

You can also get 24/7 online support for the duration of the 6 weeks to make sure you’re getting the most out of your plan, answer any questions you may have, and keep you on plan.
