Start your Sunday with a Pilates-inspired workout in the beautiful Glen Falcon.
This low-impact class strengthens and stabilizes your core so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
Taking inspiration from Pilates moves and principles, the class focuses on breath, alignment, balance, strength and flexibility.
Although the class will provide a full-body workout, particular attention is given to the traverse abdominis (TVA), erector spinae, obliques and lower lats – the foundation of your body.
Please bring an exercise mat with you or towel. We will be working barefoot.

This is for current PT clients or people who have been on a previous shred before. After the first month, the cost will be £20 per month.
