Taking inspiration from Pilates, yoga, and strength and conditioning techniques, this is the perfect low impact session to stretch and strengthen your muscles.
We will work on strength and balance in a series of poses, transitions and movement.
Classes take place on Mondays at 8.30-9.00pm at MoveIt in Douglas.
