With so many of us practicing social distancing or isolation, it can be hard to keep on top of your heath and fitness goals. Especially, with many gyms and classes closing for the foreseeable.

My online program has been designed as a virtual Personal Training experience and is suitable for women of all ages and abilities.

What does it involve?

After you’ve signed up, you will be invited to a private Facebook group where you will receive:

๐Ÿ’ช x3 weekly video workouts to follow from the comfort of your own home with modifications to suit any injuries or restrictions.

๐Ÿฅ˜ An individual calorie goal and macro goal to meet each week via myfitnesspal. This suits people who don’t want to follow a strict meal plan or eliminate anything from your diet. It means pizza, chocolate and wine can be part of your plan ๐Ÿ˜› as long as you know your limits.

โ˜€๏ธ Helpful tips, advice and recipes to help inspire a healthy lifestyle.

๐Ÿ” A weekly review of your progress with new targets set to meet your individual goal. I will be checking in with every client once a week to review progress. You can also message me any time to discuss any aspect of your plan.

๐Ÿฅฐ Access to a supportive community to help motivate and come together in this unusual time. Right now we need to keep our spirits up and being part of an online community can help you feel less isolated.

๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Weekly progress check in from me to keep you accountable. There will be no chance of ‘falling off the plan’ with this program.

What do you have to do?

If you like the sound of all the above, its super easy to get started. After registering, you will be sent a quick form to complete so that I can understand your current goals and the barriers you have to meeting them. It will also give me the chance to understand your past medical history and any injuries/illnesses that I should be aware of when setting your targets.

To make the most of the program, you will be required to take weekly progress photos, measurements and weigh yourself. This is so that we can both see how close you’re getting to meet your goal. All of this will be explained in more detail once you sign up.

You will be required to download ‘myfitnesspal’ (it’s free!) and track your food and drink intake for the duration of the program. This is so I can see exactly what your diet currently looks like and make informed suggestions of how you can make simple changes to meet your goal.

There is NO meal plan to follow, but I will provide recipe ideas and tips of the types of food to consume to help you reach your target, whilst giving you the freedom to enjoy the food you like to eat.

What does it cost?

Instead of a one-off fee, it is an ongoing monthly support program for as long as you feel you need it and you can cancel at any time. You will be asked to give 1 months notice before your plan cancels.ย 

Once you come off the plan, you will lose access to the private Facebook group, but you can restart at any time!

This is the lowest the program will ever be! The monthly cost will increase as time goes on but the cost will always stay the same for people who have already signed up.
I have capacity for 20 clients (2 spaces already taken) and this will begin Monday 6th April.
