If there’s one thing I like to train, it’s abs! It’s the one most people dread because it’s not easy but when you start seeing the results, it becomes addictive!
This 30 minutes abs workout is hardCORE – it will push you to the limit – but it will get you results. You will also receive optional workouts that you can do from home to speed up results. Plus, a mini guide on the foods to eat and foods to avoid to get flat abs.
Although I can’t guarantee you’ll be coming away with a six-pack (I wish!), you’ll be sure to see better abs definition by combining the class with the workouts from home and following the mini guide.
Five week block takes place at Glen Falcon on Glen Falcon Road, Douglas. Starts Tuesday 16th July at 6.20pm (please note, there will be no class on Tuesday 30th July). Please bring an exercise mat or towel with you as mats won’t be provided.
