Get fit in four weeks with a personalised meal plan, exercise plan and weekly boot camp class.

If you’ve got into unhealthy eating habits or feel stuck in a rut when it comes to losing weight, this could be the way to start a new, positive relationship with food and exercise.

You will receive

 Weekly boot camp class (Optional: Tuesday 7.30-8.00am. You can do the program without attending the class)
 Weekly meal plan
 Weekly exercise plan to do at home 
 Weekly mindset activities
 Daily step goal
 24/7 support for the duration

How does it work? 

Every week, you will be sent a personalised meal plan, exercise plan, step target, and mindset activities to follow. You can also attend a boot camp style class at Glen Falcon in Douglas where you will receive a weekly weigh in and have your measurements taken.

You can also get 24/7 online support for the duration of the 4 weeks to make sure you’re getting the most out of your plan, answer any questions you may have, and motivate you to stick with it. You have the option of being added to a WhatsApp support group with other people taking part in the program for moral support.
