The LWJ exercise program has been designed to give you support and inspiration to accelerate your motivation and reach your fitness goal.

Designed with flexibility to complete at home or in the gym, you can choose when to train.

The exercise plans are individually personalised to take into account your age, medical history, fitness level, and target weight. Whether you have any injuries, illnesses or potential barriers to exercising, I’ll find a safe solution for you.

You will also receive 24/7 online support throughout the 12 weeks to help you achieve your goals.

The plan includes 3 workouts per week, each lasting just 30 minutes. It’s easy to fit into even the busiest of lifestyles.  You’ll learn how to train to increase your fitness and strength, as well as losing weight.

Once you’ve completed the 12 week plan, you can choose to sign up to an additional 12 weeks at a discount of 50%, so you’ll always be progressing.
