Join us for a 45 minute fight + flow experience at Move It Dance Studio.
Fight and flow are opposites and together they create a balanced full body workout that engages every muscle group in your body, with a strong focus on your core.
The class begins with 20 minutes of high intensity cardio kickboxing workout to work up a sweat and rapidly burn calories. No boxing gloves, pads or punching bags are used in this non-contact workout. All punches and kicks are thrown into the air burning between 300 and 400 calories per class!
We will then work through a series of yoga and pilates moves to build a strong core to support and stabilize the body.
Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging class.
