Ballet is a great way of improving posture, strength, stamina, coordination and cardiovascular fitness, and is lots of fun, so why not give it a try?
The 30 minute class will use a mounted ballet barre where we will work through a range of both slow and fast exercises to strengthen muscles. Proper form (posture, positions of feet and arms) will be taught along the way.
I’m running a 4 week block on Monday nights at 8pm. No need for ballet shoes and leotards – just wear normal gym attire and we will work bare feet (or in socks).
No prior experience necessary – all you need is enthusiasm and a desire to have fun and get fit!
Due to the size of the studio, I only have space for 10 ladies in this class so sign up quick to secure your place.
Classes take place at Move It Dance Studios on Westmoreland Road, Douglas.
